1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Omaha DJ Group (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Service (Referral Agency)
Omaha DJ Group acts solely as a booking and referral agency. We connect clients with independent third-party entertainment professionals (“Talent”). We are not a direct service provider. Any contract for performance services is formed directly between You (the “Client”) and the Talent.

3. Limitation of Liability (Read Carefully)
Omaha DJ Group is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third-party Talent.
We are not liable for:

  • Any personal injury, property damage, or other damages resulting from the Talent’s services.

  • Cancellations, no-shows, or lateness by the Talent.

  • Disputes regarding the quality of the performance.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OMAHA DJ GROUP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

4. Booking & Payments
Quotes provided by Omaha DJ Group are estimates based on standard rates. Final pricing and service agreements are confirmed only upon signing a contract.

5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
